| BUDDY-system is a web service to obtain a dataset of ligand bound-state and unbound-state protein structure pairs. BUDDY-system receives a dataset as input consisting of a list of either ligand bound-state (holo) protein structures, unbound-state (apo) protein structures, or ligands. And users can select several options to be used in making a dataset. |
